Winning the BizSAFE Progressive Enterprise Award is a clear indication to how important Work Safety and Health (WSH) is to Commersol Commodities. We believe strongly in our people and their safety at work is always our top priority.

Commersol Commodities have created a successful programe for our employees, with the aim to make them aware of WSH. Any new employees would also be taken through this programe to make them aware of how to handle tools and hazards at work. Upholding the standards of safety is a big committment to us, and employees are expected to keep working in a safe and efficient workplace.

To further cement the importance of WSH in the business, it is considered a key performance indicator. It is critical for our emplpyees to adhere to the safety at work in order for the company to keep growing. As such, a specific Operations & Safety team has been organised with the sole purpose to ensure that safety always comes first. A safety assessment process has been put in place to manage any new processes and ensure that any new risks are assessed upfront and managed properly before being put into day to day work practice.
